WHAT WE DO
Ashley, our Chief Project Manager and Owner is a peer consultant - specializing in the areas of depression, psychological/verbal/sexual abuse, family of addict support, hoarding/chronic collecting, scarcity and financial trauma, religious trauma, divorce, single parenthood, and blended family. She is receiving training in abuse advocacy through Give Her Wings Academy, MN Rule 114 Certification, Transformation Coaching through Transformation Academy, and the Hoarding Specialist Certificate through the Institute for Challenging Disorganization - all coursework will be completed and certificates awarded in 2023.

Through consistent Motivational Interviewing (MI), individual goal-setting, and several other strategies - we job train those experiencing a serious life transition, addiction, family dysfunction, mental and/or physical differences, relocation, several County jail incarceration circumstances, etc to be able to gain employment within the traditional job market, and eventually help place them through employer networking.

Through many life transitions, a need for downsizing, liquidating an estate, refreshing a home, etc is required. Having help that understands the emotional and logistical complexities of this transition and just take care of everything often changes everything for a family. Our employees, which are often also going through major transitions, assist in offering a full spectrum of services to take care of a home wall to wall. We also work with several small local non-profits to directly re-home items not serving a home anymore to those locally who need them most in the midst of their own transitions.

We utilize locally vetted small business contractors to complete realtor and inspector recommendations to put a home on the market as quickly as possible, for the most possible. We work alongside local realtors to produce an all-inclusive, time sensitive experience for our shared client.

Through purpose-driven goal setting tactics and logistic consulting, we can also help start and give the tools needed to turn passions and purposes into income for local families. We set up and consult on legal, accounting, social media, branding including logos, typography, and photography, and are an all-inclusive resource for our local businesses. Ashley's leadership in this area spans almost twenty years of helping others start businesses, as well as several of her own. That passion for start-ups, coupled with her Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Business Organization allows us to assist our clients in monetizing any crazy idea they're passionate about.

We aim to serve those experiencing trauma, transition, or change holistically - with this in mind we also grow microgreens, a superfood that allows locals the ability to begin change from within.

It was while in my depths that I discovered that I had a specific purpose: encouraging others in finding theirs, and if that meant creatively starting a business, helping facilitate that too.

We live hectic, overwhelming, and often...mediocre lives. Life kind of happens to us, right? Then one day, you probably woke up and realized that through a series of choices you ended up...where? Our world is consumed in overwhelm, discontent, and probably someone else's standards.

This isn't a Bible blog, but I do believe in John 10:10, which says, "The thief comes to steal, kill, and destroy; but I come so that you may have life, and have it to the full."

I live in that promise. The thief could be any number of things...daily draining activities, addiction, toxic relationships, mental obstacles, and many other situations in our environments. I spent several years in depression, believing my thief and feeling invisible, until I realized I was uniquely me and meant to uniquely speak life into others that uniquely relate to me - like a lock and key. I believe that we were all designed for a purpose, and that our full life comes when living in that purpose. We were given specific talents, the exact personality, and the precise tools we need to reach certain people and leave a legacy of intention. We owe our world the purpose we were designed for, if only we knew what it was. 1 Peter 4:10 really embodies the vision of Fresh Start Concepts, LLC: "Each one should use whatever gift they have received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms."

Let's find yours together, and figure out your action steps to get you into your purpose, because it's absolutely there and a full life filled with intention is waiting for you if only you find it and live it into being. You already have what you need to live a full and purposeful life. Stop over-thinking it, find the people you're uniquely meant to serve, and define clear action steps to get you a life worth waking up for.

We need exactly the you that you are, living intentionally in your purpose. You are absolutely capable, and you can change your narrative, your story, and cause some pretty great ripples along the way. It's time to take out the trash and define life by your own terms. You are highly valued and sought-after (even if you don't believe it, yet!). I'm so excited to be on this journey with you, fierce, beautiful friend.
